How do your project management services work?
I provide Project Management consultancy in two ways:
1. End-to-end project management support, for the duration of a project. This covers everything from initial planning and risk assessment to execution and closure. This includes setting up project schedules/sprint planning, risk and issues management, monitoring and reporting on progress and preparing and issuing project documents and communications.
2. Consultancy basis for a specific project management area of concern / assigned task. This could be to review an existing plan, analyse project finances, create a risk register, support the project team with project communications to stakeholders, or prepare project documents or presentation templates. (Feel free to get in touch if you have any other specific requirement.)
How can you help with business planning?
I have helped startups through the process of completing a Lean Business Model Canvas, identifying key elements like value propositions, customer segments, and revenue streams. I also offer startup services like workshops on strategic focus, market positioning, and streamlining operations.
Additionally, I will help businesses of all sizes with their IT strategy. This covers helping to ensure technology investments are aligned with business goals, developing a roadmap for digital transformation, optimising IT operations, and implementing Project Management Office (PMO).

Yes, I provide most consulting services remotely, using video calls, screen-sharing, and other collaboration tools to work closely with clients wherever they are located.
